Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the luky72 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's registration and continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of luky72 or any affiliated entity or game supplier.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the luky72 Platform, whether active, suspended, or previously closed. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation.

luky72 reserves the right to verify a Player's eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, whether at the point of registration or subsequently.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on the luky72 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the luky72 Platform. Creating duplicate, additional, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, luky72 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances derived from the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luky72 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified luky72 of a security breach in writing at the earliest possible opportunity.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, luky72 is required to verify a Player's identity in accordance with its KYC procedures. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. luky72 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luky72 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). luky72 does not impose currency conversion charges on IDR transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• luky72 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• luky72 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent or money-laundering activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered luky72 Account.
• Withdrawals from fully verified Accounts to BCA, BRI, OVO, and DANA are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is published in the Account dashboard. luky72 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, subject to Account verification level.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully cleared. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
• luky72 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving a withdrawal request. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals with their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits made to luky72. Any chargeback filed against a deposit will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, luky72 reserves the right to recover the relevant amount from any Account Balance and to pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, luky72 makes available welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and the eligible games for clearing wagering requirements are specified in the promotion terms. Contributions toward wagering requirements may vary by game type — for example, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

luky72 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts; using low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; employing automated betting software; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, luky72 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, reverse any winnings derived from those funds, and close the associated Account without further obligation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire in accordance with the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from a Player's Account Balance and are not subject to reinstatement. luky72 will provide notice of expiry timelines within the promotion terms prior to a Player claiming any bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the luky72 Platform — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, crash games, or any other game type — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, as published within the relevant game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to luky72's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponed events, and in-play betting restrictions. Markets include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the Champions League, the AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, among others. Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets are supported. Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.

6.3 Maximum Wins

luky72 reserves the right to apply a maximum win limit per bet, per day, or per Player, across all game categories. Maximum win limits are published in the relevant product rules and are subject to change. Where a single win or a series of wins from a single session exceeds the published maximum, luky72 reserves the right to limit payout to the applicable maximum amount.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting any game or betting market, luky72 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return staked funds to the relevant Player Accounts. The Company is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction. Decisions made by luky72 regarding the voiding of bets under this clause are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luky72 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or using more than one Account on the luky72 Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory by using a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention technology.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luky72 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the luky72 Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

Intellectual Property

All content on the luky72 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of luky72 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The luky72 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luky72.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by luky72 is governed by the luky72 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction records, KYC documents, and device and usage data.
• Data is used for Account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve Platform services.
• luky72 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit, and stores data in secured, access-controlled server environments.
• luky72 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting the luky72 support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky72 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if luky72 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

luky72's total liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luky72 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luky72 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any odds, results, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform prior to official settlement.

Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your luky72 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any outstanding withdrawal of Real Money Balance, your Account will be closed. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by luky72

luky72 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice, where luky72 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The Player has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the required timeframe.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose luky72 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the luky72 Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed by luky72 other than for breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luky72 holds its international gaming license. By using the luky72 Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent luky72 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Company's legitimate interests, including the enforcement of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of unauthorized access to the Platform.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Indonesian law and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before using the Platform.
